  • Next to each name, please place their date of birth and address as well as their relationship to you. Please also list any other descriptors that are relevant for each beneficiary.
  • You can make specific gifts of monies or proceeds of sale of any property in an amount or you can make a percentage (proportional) division to each beneficiary should you wish. You can list that if a person pre-deceases you that their children receive their gift and for it be divided in specific proportions. When you list your beneficiaries, you can make provision for a gift to given to them once they attain a certain age. This involves creating a testamentary trust and is not a simple process. Please advise if this is required and we can take these further instructions from you and advise on additional costs.
  • Please advise how you would wish your estate to be divided should one or all of the listed beneficiaries pre-decease you (or not survive you for a period of 30 days). • Please list any additional requirements within your Will such as pet care, grandchildren or holding gifts in Trust until a certain age.
