Your firm (in particular Charles) was responsive, sensitive and supportive throughout my journey. Charles was knowledgeable, trustworthy and really knows his stuff!
He went above and beyond to be there when I needed him, sometimes at very short notice; no matter how silly the question or how many times I asked it.
It cannot be underestimated, navigating the world of law for the first time (and at a deeply emotional and frightening time) can be confronting and in fact over-whelming no matter how strong a person you think you are.
Charles showed empathy, was considered and thoughtful in his approach but was also gave me strong views and a few wake up calls (lol)
